Your site must be in English.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a must.
You may use premade layouts if you wish just don't remove anyone's credits.
Once you are accepted, you have two weeks to put everything up.
If you choose domain hosting you have to provide your own domain.
If you are on hiatus you must contact me or I may delete your account due to inactivity.
Update regularly. At least once every two weeks, unless on hiatus.
Visit my site and comment once in a while. I will be doing the same.
You may not upload any mp3 or video files.
FTP knowledge is preferred. I will not teach. If you don't know it I can set up a simple file manager for you.
You must provide an example of your work when applying. I will take MS Paint graphics as long as it's decent.
I have a three strikes policy. If you break a rule, you get a warning. After two warnings I will delete your site.
You may use a domain such as .co.nr to mask the original url if you wish.
You have to link back to Tempting Illusions on every page. I will link you on every page also. A simple text link is fine.
